(Javanese language: Gerontol Jagung)
You will need
- 500 gr dried corn
- 11 ½ tsp salt
- 100 cc lime paste solution
- ½ part of a fairly young coconut, thinly grated
- 100 gr granulated sugar for sprinkles
2. Serve the with grated coconut. And sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Note:
- Add more water if the water level is low and the corn is still hard. Continue to boil until soft
- Cassava crisps, Colored cake layers and Corn flowers are an inseparable snack trio. In traditional markets, this kind of cookie is placed in bamboo baskets.
